ShipTest Hauling is a precision validation tool designed for LTL carriers to optimize their routing and serviceability. By aggregating complex service data, the platform allows dispatchers and owners to pick up only the freight that aligns with their specific network capabilities and lane preferences.

Our mission was to build the interface and logic that powers these decisions. We focused on streamlining the carrier experience, providing a high-clarity dashboard that reduces false pickups and operational uncertainty through data-driven selection.

Phase 1

UX/UI design

We created an intuitive management system for location and lane-level preferences. The design allows users to easily set "Do Not Service" locations and manage lane embargoes, making complex logistics data easy to navigate for busy dispatchers.

Phase 2

Digital product development

We developed the integration engine that synchronizes real-time service data with the routing dashboard. Our focus was on the "Compatibility Analysis" layer, ensuring the system can evaluate freight against carrier availability and preferences without delays.

Phase 3

Maintenance and upgrade

We implemented a continuous system sync to keep weather delays and service pauses up to date. This ensures the platform scales with the carrier's growth while maintaining zero-latency updates for all operational changes.
