Phase 1
UX/UI design
Collaborative sessions kicked off the UX/UI design process with academics and researchers, generating innovative ideas for seamless paper import and smart search. We focused on clean interfaces, AI-driven tagging, and deep Microsoft Word integration. Tools monitored progress effectively, ensuring every interaction felt intuitive and fast.
Phase 2
Digital product development
Engaging in iterative cycles of development, testing, and refinement, we built semantic search, auto-extraction engines, and the Word add-in. Designers and stakeholders fostered a shared vision, basing pivots on insights gathered from real user testing and research workflows. This phase turned complex literature chaos into effortless, accurate control.
