UX/UI design
We started by interviewing NFI brokers and dispatchers to map the lifecycle of a spot freight quote. This research allowed us to identify critical data gaps and design a flow that captures every detail without slowing down the user.
Phase 2
Digital product development
We built a high-fidelity prototype of the automated quoting dashboard. By testing it with real power users, we refined the interface to ensure that managing hundreds of active bids feels organized, not overwhelming.
Phase 3
Maintenance and upgrade
The final stage focused on seamless integration with external shipper systems. We ensured that data flows automatically between platforms, eliminating manual entry and allowing NFI to respond to market demands in real-time.
