Sentoa is a versatile event management application, created to make organizing and coordinating ceremonies effortless. It ensures smooth guidance of every step - from content preparation to real-time control - delivering a seamless and memorable experience for all participants.
While it is carefully tailored for funeral homes, Sentoa is equally well-suited for joyful occasions such as weddings, birthdays, anniversaries, and other meaningful life events, giving organizers the tools to create respectful, harmonious, and unforgettable moments.
Phase 1
UX/UI design
Collaborative sessions kick off the UI/UX design process with intuitive cloud interfaces, generating innovative ideas for event personalization. Here, we focused on drag-and-drop tools for uploading photos, videos, and music from anywhere, leveraging team members' unique skills to craft seamless user journeys. Tools monitored progress effectively, ensuring every interaction felt simple and impactful.
Phase 2
Digital product development
Engaging in iterative cycles of development, testing, and refinement, we built audiovisual scenarios with integrated music libraries and live streaming for remote participants. Designers and stakeholders fostered a shared vision, basing pivots on insights gathered from user testing and market research. This phase turned collaborative uploads into dynamic, real-time event controls.
Phase 3
Maintenance and upgrade
Focusing on ensuring the product remains functional, we addressed bugs and implemented user feedback for ongoing refinements. Regular updates also improve security, enhancing features that evolve with changing needs and technology. Collaboration with users helps identify areas for growth, keeping events accessible and polished long-term.
