Are you passionate about ensuring top-notch software quality? Do you love automating tests, breaking things (the right way), and making sure every release is as smooth as possible? If so, we’d love to meet you!

This is a full-time role based in Novi Sad, with flexibility for some remote work. As a QA Automation Engineer, you’ll play a key role in delivering high-quality, reliable software by combining manual testing expertise with cutting-edge test automation.

Qualifications & Experience

We’re looking for a problem-solver, a team player, and someone who’s truly passionate about quality. Here’s what you should bring to the table:

At least 3 years of experience in QA automation.

Solid understanding of manual and automated testing principles.

Hands-on experience with Cypress and Playwright (or similar tools).

Strong knowledge of QA automation frameworks & best practices.

Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.

Familiarity with Agile methodologies and working in a fast-paced environment.

Strong analytical mindset and great communication skills.

Fluency in English (both written and spoken).

Bonus points if you have:

Experience testing mobile applications, databases, or web apps.

A knack for improving test strategies and processes.

Knowledge of performance and security testing.

Develop & maintain automated test scripts using Cypress and Playwright.

Execute manual and automated tests to ensure software reliability.

Work closely with developers and product teams to spot issues early.

Write clear, structured test cases and improve our testing frameworks.

Analyze test results and debug failures to track down root causes.

Ensure best QA practices across our projects and improve testing processes.

Stay up to date with the latest QA automation tools and trends.
